Radio Network Planning

Types of Deliverables	Brief Description
Propagation Model Tuning	The propagation model is an important part which is used to predict RF coverage during the Radio Network Design activity. This service is the expertise to tune the propagation model according to the local environment.
Radio Network Planning & Design	The initial stage of the network roll out activity involves planning of the site configuration and location. Other activities include Frequency Tuning, Neighbour planning and Capacity planning.
IBS System Planning	IBS solution RF design for in-building coverage enhancement. The solution commonly used in IBS solutions are of passive or active devices. The passive solution is for example, coaxial Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and the active solution is for example, Fibre Optic with DAS.
Initial tuning	This service is provided to tune/optimize the fundamental RF performance of a new mobile network. The tuning/optimization activity is performed on new network roll outs or expansion of sites.
Project Management	Aexio also provides the expertise to lead Radio Network Design projects. The expertise provided will utilize Aexio’s strong experience in project management.

Radio Network Optimization

Types of Deliverables	Brief Description
Network Audit Services	The network performance data and configuration are collected and analyzed to identify problem areas. This will provide an overall view and understanding of the network performance.
Radio Network Performance Improvement	The service here provides an in depth analysis and optimization activity on a mature network. This optimization activity is to further fine tune the mobile network configuration and performance.
Remote Tuning	This service provides optimization activities to be done remotely, thus reducing cost with a lower number of on-site resources needed. This complements large scale projects at peak periods.
Project Management	Aexio also provides the expertise to lead Radio Network Optimization projects. The expertise provided will utilize Aexio’s strong experience in project management.

Remote Tuning	USA	The service here was delivered on a remote basis where drive test data collected daily was analyzed and Performance reports produced weekly. The tuning team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia carried out optimization on the live 3G mobile network in USA.
