Online Training & Product Support
AEXIO understands the challenges of the modern mobile telecommunications industry in providing relevant and timely support for the usage of engineering software to support business objectives. We are also aware of the rapid changes in the technological landscape of the mobile telecommunications industry.
In order to meet these challenges in support and technology evolution, AEXIO has adopted a training and support strategy that focuses on three key areas of relevance to our customers:
- AEXIO leverages on the power of the internet to provide email and remote login support for faster problem resolution if it arises.
- AEXIO provides online customer downloads of product patches for updates and/or upgrades to enable our customers to have timely access to the latest product releases.
- AEXIO supports online training and product documentation. This enables our customer end users to have continuous access to training and documentation materials as and when they need it. Online training could be in the form of pre-recorded webinars, Adobe Flash Player recordings and tutorials. Product documentation is also available as downloadable Adobe PDF documents.
CUSTOMIZATION SUPPORT
Aexio understands that some customers may require some customization to meet their unique requirements. Our experienced team of senior RF engineers would evaluate these customization requests and endeavor to fulfill these requirements when technically feasible.
