XEDA, our enterprise web-based Network Parameter Management Solution, was conceived from Aexio’s understanding on the need for mobile network operators to consistently maintain network parameters, especially in a multi-vendor network even through day to day network operations activities such as site rollouts and rehoming.

 XEDA is an automated solution that parses Base Station Controller (BSC), Radio Network Controller (RNC) and Mobile Switching Network (MSC) parameter dump files retrieved from the Operating Support System (OSS). It performs daily consistency checks on the latest data and reports any inconsistency through its reporting module. If at any time, due to operational activities or human error, parameters become inconsistent, XEDA will detect these and prompt the user for corrective actions.

With a Change Request system built-in, corrective actions and parameter change histories can be tracked and verified, allowing Quality of Service maintenance and improvements to move from a hit and miss affair to a more definitive process.
